Violin Study Time ist eine Sammlung etablierter und neu komponierter Etüden, die die Technik junger Geiger in verschiedene Richtungen weiterentwickeln. Sie kann in Verbindung mit der Reihe Young Violinist's Repertoire verwendet werden. Es gibt Etüden für verschiedene Bogenstriche wie Detaché und Spiccato, Etüden für Fingerbewegungen und grundlegende Lagenwechsel sowie mehrere Etüden, die die dritte Lage einführen.

Diese Etüden dienen als Einführung in das große Repertoire der Violinetüden, sodass junge Violinisten schon bald Werke von Kreutzer, Rode und sogar Wienawski und Paganini in Angriff nehmen können!

Violin Study Time is an anthology of established and newly-composed studies which develops the young violinist's technique in several directions. It may be used in conjunction with the Young Violinist's Repertoire series. There are studies for various types of bowing such as detache and spicatto, studies for finger action and basic shifts, and several studies which introduce third position.

These studies will serve as an introduction to the great repertoire of violin studies, so that before long the young violinist will be tackling the works of Kreutzer, Rode and even Wienawski and Paganini.
